A project I created for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. It deals with the concept of Antisense therapy - in which scientist kill targeted strands of RNA that are responsible for the creation of the SOD1 protein. The animation was created before the script and voice over, so there is a bit of a disconnect between what's happening on the screen and what's being said. This is not a finished product. It was put on hold indefinately and never fully realized. The animation itself was shown during the Jerry Lewis 2010 telethon, which is broadcast nationally, during several of the research updates.
